The mission and purpose of the Northern California Regional Group (NCRG) of the Horseless Carriage Club of America is to bring together people interested in the preservation of antique, classic and vintage vehicles and their accessories, to preserve and maintain antique, classic and vintage vehicles, and to serve as an accurate and technical source of information concerning the vehicles for the benefit of the members and the general public.
